Energy Stimulus Breakfast Buffet: Every Sunday 9:00am-12:00noon at The Inn at Speculator, Route 8, Speculator. $8.50 for adults/$4.50 children 8 & under (tax included). All U Can Eat! Buffet includes: Scrambled eggs, pancakes, french toast, 2 choices of meat, hash browns, fresh fruit, mini muffins, doughnuts, juice, coffee & tea. Mimosa and Bloody Mary special~$2.50 each.

Smoking Cessation Class: Every Saturday starting June 6 and running for 8 weeks from 9:00-10:00am at the Hamilton County Courthouse (back entrance, lower level conference room). $20 per person (refunded upon completion of the course). | July 18 | 24th Annual Piseco Lake Triathlon: 1/2 mile swim, 11.5 mile bike, 3 mile run. Registration/check-in opens at 7:30am at the Piseco Airport, Old Piseco Road. Registration will close at 8:45am to allow time for movement to swim start site (Irondequoit Inn beach). Race begins at 9:00am.
